Recommended Essential Oils for Oily Hair

Before thinking of all the quick fixes to Oily Hair problems, consider what amount of efforts you are willing to put in to achieve your goals!

One of the main causes of excess sebum production is over shampooing.
- There is no need to shampoo every day.
- It is so bad for your hair and your color!

When you do it too often (over-shampoo) your hair, you are causing the scalp to replace sebum.
More = More!! The more you shampoo the more sebum the skin creates.

Oops! Stopping shampooing all of a sudden isn't going to cure your oily scalp problem.
- Time will help (a.k.a. PATIENCE!)
- Talking to those who know and are aware of solutions are always helpful too!
(Take the pride out of your eyes ... you may be an expert in your field, but you are not an expert in everything - that's why our grandparents have to remind us now and again "We eat more salt that you eating rice, pasta, french fries, english fries, etc)

Sebum is the cause of some people's experiencing "oily" hair, as in hot weather or if not washed for several days.

Excess sebum has been linked to eating red meats, fried, oily or other foods, but studies are not conclusive. Generally, too much of the same things is never good, FOOD included!!!

The Essential Oils may be add a few drops to your store bought shampoo.
