Before thinking of all the quick fixes to weighty problems, consider what amount of efforts you are willing to put in to achieve your goals!

Have you consider eating less?
- less fast / convenient food!
- learn about healthy nutrition
- know about how poor diets can slow you down!
- having a physical exercise routine can help!
- exercising with the remote control 2-4 hours a day is not the real thing!
